User Generated Motion
Privacy policy
Last updated September 25, 2026
This policy explains how 18098646 Canada Inc., operating as User Generated Motion (UGM), handles information when you visit our site, apply, book a call, or use our creator program.
Information we collect
When you fill out a form, apply, book a call, contact us, or join the program, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, country, social media handles, answers about your content and goals, messages, and anything else you choose to send. Creator accounts may also contain sign-in details, course progress, resources, and content or files you submit.
We may receive appointment details, payment and membership status, communication history, and call recordings or transcripts from the services used to run the program. Payment providers process payment details; we may receive transaction records and related status. Our site also receives ordinary technical data such as device and browser details, pages visited, referral or campaign information, and approximate location derived from your connection.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to requests, assess applications, schedule and hold calls, create and manage accounts, deliver coaching and course resources, process or reconcile purchases, support creators, and keep our records accurate. We may use it to send program, service, and marketing communications, measure how our site and campaigns perform, improve our offerings, and protect the site and our users.
When information is shared
We use service providers to host the site and creator accounts, store records and content, manage applications and customer relationships, schedule meetings, handle email and text messages, support calls and recordings, process payments, and measure advertising. These may include Supabase, Vercel, Calendly, Circleback, Stripe, Whop, Meta, and communications providers where those services are used. Each provider receives information needed for its role and handles it under its own terms and privacy practices. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Providers may process information outside your province, state, or country, where different privacy laws may apply.
If you agree to receive text messages from UGM, including marketing messages, we use your mobile number to send them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that deliver messages for us may process that information to provide the service. Full terms are on our text message terms page.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in, site preferences, and basic operation. With your permission, Meta advertising tools may use cookies or similar technology to measure visits and form results and help us understand our ads. With the same permission, UGM also records page visits and whether you start, progress through, or submit the site form. That measurement does not include what you type into the form. A pseudonymous browser identifier lasts up to 30 days; each visit session expires after 30 minutes. One accept or decline choice in the site's privacy preferences control covers both, and you can change it later. Your browser may also let you limit or clear cookies; some account features may then stop working.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, including providing the program, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. The period depends on the type of information and why we hold it. You can request deletion using the contact details below, although we may need to keep some records for legal, security, or business reasons.
How we protect information
We use access controls and service providers to help protect information. No online system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or ask about other privacy rights available where you live. We may need to verify your identity and may need to retain some records for legal or operational reasons. To stop emails or calls, contact us at the address below. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out.
Other sites and changes
Links and embedded services can take you to third-party sites with their own privacy practices. This policy applies to UGM's services, not those third-party sites. We may update this policy as our services change and will post the revised date here.
